Need fresh air? How about some vitamin D? Or are you looking for some space to ponder? Some of the best scenic views in Los Angeles are a few miles away from your AVEN apartments in downtown Los Angeles.

The Best Views in Los Angeles

AVEN Apartments

First up, us! Your AVEN apartment has panoramic views throughout. That starts on your private balcony. Catch a sunset over the freeway on the west side of your luxury highrise apartments in downtown LA. The DTLA skyline on the east side is truly magnificent. See it all from our 32nd-floor Ojai Deck over a glass of wine by the fire pits. We even have a stellar view on the 7th floor California Deck.

The Getty

There is so much beauty to explore all over this city. Beyond your backyard, there is The Getty. The museum is a view all its own. The scenic views surrounding it are plentiful. One faces Westwood/DTLA, and the other is towards the east over the ocean. Both are excellent, so take it all in. Since The Getty is still closed, your best form of transportation is public transit. To stay in touch on their reopening, head to their COVID-19 link.

The Griffith Observatory

Ever wonder what your AVEN building looks like from afar at night? See it twinkle in all of its glory alongside the rest of the DTLA skyline at the Griffith Observatory. At the moment, the Griffith Observatory is still closed. Luckily, Griffith Park is open. That includes the Observatory grounds. Parking is limited, but you can learn more here.

Angels Point in Elysian Park

We don’t blame you if you want to see your home from another angle. Another exceptional viewpoint is Angels Point. You will find this hidden spot in Elysian Park. If you are lucky, you will come across a swing hanging from a tree to sit on while you enjoy the view.

Vista Hermosa Park

Still staying within DTLA on lower ground is Vista Hermosa Park. It is only three miles away from your apartment. A great photo opportunity is here. You have probably seen it before, but there is an adorable bench shot that you can take with the DTLA skyline behind you.

The Hollywood Bowl Overlook

Last up, is a bit of a drive. It is the Hollywood Bowl Overlook. Parking should be easy. All you have to do is drive right up to it. It is a small lot. If the lot is full, there should be street parking available. At the top, you will find another stunning view of the DTLA skyline and the ocean.
